How this site operates

Privacy notice

When you submit the request form, we store the contact details, broad situation, page address and attribution information you chose to provide. The submission is recorded in access-controlled systems and authorized team members receive a private notification so they can follow up.

What not to send

Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, medical records, copies of wills or other confidential legal documents. The form is not a secure client portal and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Security and abuse prevention

We retain a one-way cryptographic hash derived from the network address for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored in the lead record. We also store a submission identifier, browser user-agent and consent record to prevent duplicate or abusive requests.

Measurement

If analytics is enabled, we measure page use and record a lead event only after the server accepts a form submission. Marketing parameters such as UTM tags or a Google click identifier may be attached to the lead for attribution. We do not claim that analytics or transmission over the internet is risk-free.

Your request

You may ask the team responding to your enquiry to correct or delete the contact information, subject to legal, security and operational retention requirements.

Sources and update record

Responsible court, agency and official-service links are presented beside the action or claim they support. Use the checked date shown on the page and verify the live authority again before acting.
